the distance of time

A chronological series of shots reflecting some of the landscape and people from my trip back to my home town. This video is dedicated to Grandma Sandra, a beautiful light in my life. Post-visit I was hit with a strange liminal sensation between remembering the environment but not understanding it. A home that felt foreign. Creating this video has been therapeutic in understanding my position and love for my family and friends in Kansas.
