We are pleased to announce The Dots as the Graduate Portfolio Partner for New Designers 2017.

To make sure New Designers exhibitors make the most of this partnership, here are a few top tips to help you get started and promoted on The Dots:


Present your work and get discovered

Beautifully present your portfolio and projects for free in a few easy steps. Start uploading projects here, tag your teammates and brands you’ve collaborated with, promote yourself and your work, and get discovered.
Top tip: Be sure to upload a beautiful cover photo and at least 3 projects to your profile for the best chances of being featured on our People page on The Dots.


Build your network

Find and follow people you know and companies that inspire you, to help build a network of new contacts, collaborators and clients.

GET PROMOTED

New Designers and The Dots will be working together to ensure New Designers exhibitors gain enhanced exposure, promotion and increased visibility within the industry.
The Dots will be helping to promote exhibitor’s profiles and portfolios that are uploaded to the platform. Promotion will take place across the website and via social media channels. Here are a few tips for maximising exposure:
Once you’ve created a personal profile and uploaded your portfolio as beautiful projects...


Add yourself as a 'New Designers Exhibitor' within the 'Experience' section of your profile.

By adding this to your profile you will appear on the ‘People’ section of the New Designers’ Company Page.
This Company Page will be featured on the The Dots and have social promotion leading back to it.

Tag the New Designers company page when uploading projects to The Dots and add project tags ‘New Designers’, ‘New Designers 2017’


This will enable your projects to appear as ‘tagged projects’ on the New Designers company page, benefiting from heightened exposure and increased reach. Adding projects tags will also allow you to be discovered more easily in searches.
