Working with INSYNC events to provide Christmas parties to a range of different clients. The role involved playing a character and offering walkabout and interactive theatrical experiences - focusing on conversation and improvisation - but was also designed to help with crowd control and the management of crowds as they move through the venue.
?My character was the first point of access for event guests, therefore the importance of the role was to immediately create a tone for the event and a rapport with the guest. The development of the character involved a lot of meetings in order to meet the company brief. Once the event began, my character's role was to engage with people on a group and personal basis.
