Creative director and digital lead for this NZ start up. Joined in the early stages of R&D in August 2010. Developing the software architecture for the website and client administration system. Design of the brand’s visual identity and developing the company’s digital and social media strategies. Since inception I helped to drive relationships with salon clients, software companies and worked closely alongside the founder and other consultants and stakeholders in the business.
I designed all of the UX & UI for the customer facing and client (admin) facing systems for the website, which was created to enable users to search and book last minute hair and beauty appointments. The salons required a salon administration system where they could upload their available appointments and required a salon administration system that was user friendly and easy to navigate.
