The Grasp Project

  • Rebecca Rosenberg
The Grasp Project an initiative aiming to re-invent craft in our current digital age. In association with Oh Comely Magazine, our team hopes to do this through promoting the authenticity and quality of handmade products, eliminating gender stereotypes between certain crafts, encouraging entrepreneurship within the craft industry and make arts and crafts accessible to all ages in the local and wider community through exciting workshops.

Our team is comprised of six final-year Art & Events management students at The Arts University Bournemouth. We believe that craft can bring people together, and by forming communities we can start conversations about pressing social issues, such as gender equality and sustainability.
