The Howl & The Hum 'Hostages' (Guitar Tutorial)

We produced a series of guitar tutorial videos for AWAL's The Howl & The Hum. We made this version for YouTube as well as a vertical version for IGTV. The idea is that the band's singer Sam talks fans through how to play the song. As he plays each chord the chord shape animates on the screen so that fans can easily play along at home. Fans were then encouraged to share their covers so that the band could repost their favourites. This style of content is a great example of interesting content that can work during lockdown.
