The Many Voices of Pride - Uber UK 2019

As part of the UK strategy to humanise the Uber brand we created and put out the first UK only Pride campaign. The campaign focuses on the 15 different flags that make up the LGBTQIA+ community and features Uber employees alongside Uber riders who all identify with 1 or more of the 15 flags. It was a key campaign for the business and market, as a product that is part of everyday city life and lives to serve the people it is essential that the brand extends it's support for LGBTQIA+ rights beyond it's internal comms and demonstrates it's values. As a business Uber is lucky because it has quite a robust team of diverse change makers and for this year had a unique proposition in giving its platform to allow all identities to be heard and seen. This story is just part of the equality struggle but I hope it brings to life the many people who make up the world we live in.
