The Metamorphosis is a book written by Franz Kafka in 1915. The book tells the story of Gregor Samsa a travelling sales man, who wakes up one morning to find him self transformed into a gigantic insect.
For the brief I was set the task of creating an experimental motion design to depict part of the story. The part of the story which was chosen was the part where Gregor Samsa was transformed in his bed into the insect.
My experimental video attempts to show this transformation by using imagery, sound and typography from the book.
