I started out The New Sapient in an attempt to create an online identity for myself and my practice. Since then, more than two years ago now, it has transformed into a personally curated recollection of ideas, art projects, music offerings and critical reviews. Making its proper debut as an online publication a little over six months ago its premise was to: ‘offer commentaries on advertising, perfume, music, art pieces/installations, photography, pop culture and literature for the avant-grade, critical, inquisitive and ambitious’.
Whether or not I have kept along these lines during this time, I feel lucky to have a little space on the internet where I can ‘throw out there’ what goes on inside my head. More interestingly though, I have recently been exploring the idea of offering ‘branded content’.
