The Norfolk Broads

This project began as a collaboration with The Broads Authority. At the time, one of their aims was to encourage people out into the landscape to stop, and really look at and understand what they were seeing. The following work showcases some ideas for ways in which illustration could play a part in achieving this aim. Sadly the collaboration was cut short by COVID-19, but I am hopeful that I will have a chance to return to it at some point. Creating these illustrations was a really rewarding process as it encouraged me to look closely at the landscape of the Broads and gave me a newfound appreciation for this beautiful part of the country, to which I will definitely be returning!
