Reminding the viewer of the consequences of our excessive lifestyle this collection is a lively representation of the beauty in the items we discard every day without a second thought. This passementrie collection is both inspired by and created literally from pieces of waste plastic. These materials that would otherwise have been discarded are utillised in conjunction with yarns such as: monofilament, silk and cotton. The plastic items that we discard every day and will ultimately outlive us all, it is time for us to harness our environmental responsibility for the way we live now.
