The Tardigrade: A Closer Look

  • Nadine Smoczynski
The Tardigrade is an incredibly unique microscopic animal, measuring at just 0.5mm it can survive in radio-active environments, and sub zero and above boiling temperatures. It’s most appealing trait is its ability to withstand the vacuum of space.

To explain the life cycle of the Tardigrade that makes this all possible, I have produced a hand made book; that features my hand drawn illustrations, and hand written narration. The intention being to draw a closer attention to the Tardigrade, to enrich the readers understanding of the Tardigrade and to introduce them to Micro-Biology.
