The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness. Yoga has started to be a way to accept ourselves. It’s like an important meeting with yourself. However, sometimes you feel like a graceful swan, other times like a baby giraffe learning to use its legs. She travelled to Bali to experience the healing power of yoga. She practised on her mat with magnificent views of the jungle surrounded by Bali’s nature. She became an instructor. This is Mamen, teaching yoga. Her love and passion have been built into those classes.
