This brief was set as a university project to choose an album and create new artwork and also promotional material for a special edition vinyl re-release. The album I chose was The Richest Man in Babylon by Thievery Corporation, we were told not to use the artist’s name or album title on the artwork and to include it in the promotional material. I wanted to reflect the nature of the album through a use of strong colours and geometry to accurately portray the atmosphere of the album.
