Time Out is an institution – known and recognised by everyone in the city. Unfortunately, most of their readers simply flick through their content without interacting much with the brand. With nearly 80% of people trusting online reviews as much as personal recommendations, it was necessary for them to take action.
In August 2015, they created the Tastemakers group. Tastemakers are real people, a squad of city-scouring explorers who ferret out the latest, greatest, funniest things going on around London. Then write honest reviews about them on Time Out.
