Tomorrow's Kitchen with Küche

A collection of postcards designed for Tomorrow’s Kitchen, a series of workshops ran by Küche at the Civic Canteen as part of the Glasgow European Championships 2018. Guests were invited to enjoy the collaborations between Iraqi, Roma, Pakistani, Syrian and Scottish chefs as they were asked to investigate what the dishes of tomorrow may look like within our ever changing multicultural society. The postcards were designed to act as a reminder of the event and provide inspiration for their own fusions. Illustrations were by Deborah May, founder of Küche in Glasgow.
