Toms created a limited edition strap for the Apple watch. Proceeds from sales of the strap fund a project to supply solar lights to children in Africa so they can carry on with their school work after dark.
I was asked to create an artwork and film in order to promote the story. Marjan van Aubel is an inventor and design who specialising in solar technology.
Van Aubel customised some of the lights and created an art installation in the grounds of the Geffryre Museum in east London.
Visitors were able to interact with the piece whilst the film was used on digital media to promote the story for Toms in a unique and interesting way.
