Totaljobs wanted to increase awareness of their brand amongst young people and make the go-to place when they are looking for work and inspiration.

We produced an 8-part reality YouTube series called the Job Academy, where five young job seekers were crowd-sources and put through a job-seeking boot camp. The Job Academy not only showed the highs and lows of the job seekers' interviews, but also revealed top tips from career expert Aimee Bateman on how to get your perfect job.

We also partnered with industry experts and influencers to deliver countless advice blogs and twitter parties, using their existing influence to amplify the campaign. In addition, we delivered an outreach and social support strategy to ensure that the show fulfilled its potential visibility.
