TOUCH WOOD is an exhibition curated by Thomas Danthony and Clare Mabin, featuring original art by more than 50 internationally celebrated artists, aiming to raise money to protect threatened habitats, restore tropical forests and reduce our carbon footprint. All proceeds will be donated to the World Land Trust, patroned by Sir David Attenborough. I'm delighted to announce that I designed the accompanying book 'Touch Wood'. I also wrote the introduction which is not something I often do although words are often at the core of my designs. The book is published by Counter-Print Books. You can purchase the book here: https://www.counter-print.co.uk/collections/all-books/products/touch-wood The book features new hand made works on wood from artists and illustrators such as Thomas Danthony, Malika Favre, Jean Jullien, Javier Jaen, Thibaud Herem, Marylou Faure and many more. I created a hand painted piece which will be on sale. Each artwork sold will allow to protect 3 acres of endangered land. If you are based in London please come visit the exhibition from 17 October-20 October at Dray Walk Gallery.
