Travel Map Design - Amsterdam

The city of Amsterdam holds its history of formation, buried in the 16th century. Originally a swamp land, Amsterdam was that part of Holland which was filled with water with chunks of land in between. Eventually in 1612, the left part of the city was formed by moving out the water and channelizing it into beautiful canals carving the Dam. I have tried my hands at designing maps for Amsterdam that would give information on travelling via canals in the city.
