"The collaboration is the way how you approach the world, the way you try to understand people. " The motivation of improving a better society, a brighter future, which need more passion and imagination from every designers, I was inspired by the theme of ‘what if’ in DDW2015, what if I can build a village to invite the local and independent artists and designers who are truly concern with our land to live together, furthermore, they can actually make good connection with different discipline makers to experiment products or art pieces which is never done before, to surge the feelings, to merge the ideas, to share experiences, to broaden horizons in different field, to extend the creativity freely, to devote themselves to this lovey land, Taiwan.

Start from the 1st phase of identity design, the idea of one plus one equals three is extending individual creativity to cross-disciplinary movement; the 2nd phase, by establishing the substantial platform (TungVillage) between the individual creators, they can easily broaden the network of different disciplines, moreover, it creates the opportunity to bring the project more innovative and experimental; the 3rd phase, by connecting the relationship between Taiwanese participants, the participants from international exchange program, and the locals in the project, they can increase the value of art and design product, sharing unique professional experience from series collaborative events, during holding the seasonal workshop, half year exhibition, and annual  festival. 
The following plan about the official website and TungChi zine will launch in the lately future, which assembling all the ingredients of project for spreading out the idea of TungVillage. Finally, it will develop a new lifestyle and educative system to benefit the local community, at most of the Europe business partner. It will spread the brand new creative industry based on considering not only collaboration, but also the issue about preservation of indigenous culture and the local environment.
