Two Zero One Nine calendar

January is 1, February is 2, December is 12. Two Zero One Nine is a trivia- filled wall calendar designed for Kontorousis Print House in Athens, Greece. Every year the print house commissions a wall calendar for use as corprorate gift and over the counter sales. This year we approached the theme literally, researching and illustrating the number associated with each month's position in the year, from 1 to 12. We researched numbers as a concept, numeral, meaning and cultural significance to create 96 pieces of illustration depicting information from history, politics, science, popular culture, trivia, sports, etc. The calendar is educational and maximalistic, as readers continue to discover something new over the course of a year.
