Tony Singh is a Scottish celebrity chef, restauranteur and entrepreneur. He is known for combining his love of Scottish produce with his arty, eclectic and accessible style of cooking Born and raised in Leith, Edinburgh he is well known for his humour and outgoing perosnality.
Tony makes the most incredible bread, all borne from the same batch of yeast, kept in a bucket, that he's had for over 15 years. His view was that he hated the perfecction of supermarket breads, regimented and formulaic and without taste. He was an advocate for 'ugly' bread, which tasted magnificent. Whilst launching one of his new restaurant's he decided to start promoting his 'Ugly' bread, these were the concpets that we created and were subsequently brought to life.
