UlikeUS is an international music competition supported by the US Embassy in Moscow and under the management of GetVibe Agency. UlikeUS has a mission to give young American artists an opportunity to bring their music to Russia.
Popularity of the project has exceeded many expectations:
• For one month (from 1 to 31 December 2012) on the musical platform Reverbnation.com were collected 4658 applications from American artists
• Over 70,000 people from Russia and the U.S. participated in the Online Public vote for best artist
• Leading representatives of the Russian music industry became the judges of the project
The young American band The All Ways became the winner of the UlikeUS competition. They got not only 5 biggest Russian cities Tour but also full-media promotion included shooting on the MTV Russia and being special guests on the Urgant’s Show (Russian analogue of The Late Night Show) on the main TV-channel of Russia!
