The theme for Uncertain States Issue #30 was WE ARE / WE ARE NOT. It was a pleasure to Guest Edit this issue alongside the Human Interfaces Creative Lab and Research Group. Issue #30 featured a written manifesto by Professor Richard Sawdon Smith and the work of photographers Angela Blazanovic, Bella Tozini, Ben Bird, Chris Roberts, Joanna Vestey, Karim Skalli, Katja Høst, Paloma Tendero, Rory Carnegie, Su Jung and Ted Oonk.
