One of the campaigns I consider amongst the most interesting I was in charge of was the activation of users on Seda’s Twitter profile (Unilever). In that project, through the use of a specific monitoring tool, I was responsible to find people; communities and influencers that were talking anything related to the keywords “my hair”. As soon as an opportunity was identified, I was able to create a unique interaction giving tips and suggestion accordingly to what the user had said. The feedback was very positive and we were able to activate more than 5.000 people in a month, just by interacting with them and delivering relevant content.
