Upswing - For all women in digital + sport

Always wanted to create a network for women who work in digital + sport - so we can learn from each other, support, connect, celebrate and share our successes and, most importantly, to try and and help to address the imbalance in the sport sector. Back in 2018, there was the first dinner with around 15 of us, followed by several meetups but then we faced some challenges. And Covid-19 happened. However, looking at the bright side, it sparked an idea. A 'couple' of long evening hours, numerous Zoom calls and Whatsapp messages later...that idea turned into an actual 'thing' and my colleagues Steph, Ashley and myself have founded Upswing - A newsletter specifically created for women in the digital sport sector, by those who are working in it, us.
