The project brief called for the development of a visual identity for URBN Travel Guide application as well as a front end design proposal for the look and feel of the app which included the navigation too. The logo was developed to reflect the core values and brand personality and also provide a nod to the ‘city’ focus of the travel app.
The brand personality was deemed to reflect an urban, street persona with a youthful feel and a strong sense of humour, primarily self-humour ... as demonstrated by the logo and business cards.
The client was keen for the informal tone of voice to be be reflected throughout the visual and brand identity.
The UX and UI was considered and is reflected through carefully laid out wireframing
