V&A Digital Vision

I've recently been part of a small team that's reviewing how the V&A works online, covering everything from their technical strategy to how they produce and deliver content within the organisation. Along with being heavily involved in project planning, running workshops and interviewing stakeholders and users, I've led the development of a digital brand strategy, including a full survey of the architecture on vam.ac.uk and a redesign that improves the website for the organisation, its people and its visitors.
