WHAT’S IN A NAME?
Vicetii: A modern twist on an ancient word, Vicetia, used to describe the city of Vicenza as the triumphant, artistic & cultural centre of Italy. The city where Alice & Nicholas’ Italian family originate.

THE PRODUCT
Vicetii’s focus is handmade sweet tarts, using top quality ingredients, seasonal produce and innovative designs. They are a sophisticated alternative to the traditional cupcake. Perfect for morning meetings with coffee, or as the centre piece at events. Each menu, containing four tarts are tailored to particular seasons, highlighting the fresh ingredients that are available.

WHO?
Nicholas Coles: Creator, Partner, Head Chef.
Nicholas trained at the Clifton Lido Bristol, under Head Chef Freddie Bird and attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School in London. His talent, dedication & enterprise, was spotted early by Chef Javier Mercado (2012 European Pastry Champion). On graduating he went straight to work in the pastry section at Michelin starred restaurant, Hakkasan Mayfair. Through his first year, he received a promotion to work in the development kitchen alongside Chef Daniel Pearse (#1 Pastry Chef UK 2015) due to exemplary contribution to the business & menu development. Another promotion swiftly followed to Chef De Partie at Yauatcha Broadgate with Chef Sarah Frankland (Head Chef) and under the watchful eye of Graham Hornigold (Executive Chef).

Alice trained as an actress and has enjoyed success at the Soho Theatre, Birmingham Repertory & Oxford Shakespeare Company. She has extensive experience in selling; helping set up her friends extremely successful jewellery business, has renovated & sold a house, and is now an actress in London.
