Note trust pilot, which I signed the company up to also, allowing us to use their stamp to show our reviews and instill trust in new customers. We rank in the top 10 of all categories we are listed in on Trust Pilot. This has converted to a higher conversion rate in sales on the website.
Loyalty card scheme I introduced and designed in order to promote sales of the new release stock. Idea same as a coffee shop system, buy 15 albums get one for free.
Proved very popular and not only has it gained customers for the shop who like the idea of getting something back for their loyalty, but it has also rewarded those customers who have been loyal previously.
