Visionquest, a collective of techno and house DJs and producers, commissioned James to come up with an assortment of printed posters to advertise their touring show, Visionquest 13. This series of nocturnal performances, inspired by the ending of the Mayan calendar, took place across a vast range of venues, from Glastonbury festival to downtown Los Angeles, and it was up to James, under the art direction of long-time collaborator Jonathon Cooke, to capture the variety of both the destinations and the sounds of the group's members.
