For any business, large or small, the notion of not having an online presence is inconceivable. However, how do you ensure that the people who visit your website go on to become customers. It’s Mikael da Costa’s view that most websites have poor conversion points, and in some cases, none at all – and that’s a big problem for a startup that has invested much needed capital in establishing their online platform.
