Website re-design for Matches Fashion

The re-design I completed for cult, London-based multi-channel retailer,, launched March 2012. Responsible for both UX and Creative direction throughout the site, I determined user journeys, fonts/typography, overall look and feel and created a full suite of icons for the account area. I produced hands on design for a majority of the site layouts and emails.
I was also responsible for the running of the design side of the project, sourcing and directing freelancers and fellow full-time members of staff.
I also liaised with the build agency to ensure the finished live version replicated the original designs as close as possible.
