SOCIAL PLATFORM + CRM TOOL Problem: How can Whiskas get their customers to engage more with the brand while also promoting their products? Insight: Every year, millions of pounds are spent on pet products such as food, accessories, clothing and even insurance. Idea: We came up with the provocative idea of a social network exclusively for cats, which changes a passive customer's behaviour into something more proactive and amplifying, therefore promoting its range of products and advertising campaign scope as a consequence.
