Working Girls Network goes LIVE!

When COVID-19 hit that meant a gear change for Working Girls Network. Traditionally we have brought our community together at events across central London, however lockdown meant that we were unable to meet in person for the time being. However, that didn't stop us. To engage our community and create valuable content in a time of need we linked up with past speakers and interesting businesses to bring our community a series of Instagram Live streams that they could join, or watch at their own leisure. We had everything from career tips, dealing with furlough right through to skincare tips and flower arranging. To ensure the sessions were as interactive as possible, therefore fulfilling our community needs we sourced questions prior to the Live stream as well as during, and gave our community the opportunity to PM us if they felt that something had been missed. But we didn't stop there, we highlighted the tips and tricks shared by our speakers in stories, feed posts and infographics (shared on LinkedIn) to ensure that the audience could catch up on the content whenever they needed it. With over 400 views across 7 live streams we were truly able to engage our community and keep the content going when they needed it the most.
