This event brought together major players from the value chain and hosted sponsors such as Cargill, Mars, Bühler and Hershey’s. With over 1000 attendees and 36 free build exhibition stands, it was my sole responsibility to ensure delivery of the sponsor and exhibitor requirements, produce key event documentation and manage the smooth running of the event registration and multiple streamed sessions taking place alongside the main event.
