The renowned German business magazine, brand eins, recently organised a film competition. The aim was to visualise the magazines starting chapter “the world in numbers”. We designed an analogue film, which demonstrates “the world in numbers” in a humorous, innovative and charming way. The film exudes creativity but at the same time portrays grotesque elements complete with surprising twists. The piece opens each clip by mentioning a number, which are eventually explained and given meaning in the final conclusive scene.
