Yoga & travelling

Pilates, Feldenkrais and Yoga are my favourite obsessions, keeping me aligned and present. And discovering beautiful places around the world. The photo below was taken by my soulsister and photographer Lídia Lerin in Pura Penataran Agung Lempuyang, Bali. When I went to visit Lidia in Bali, we said, we each will pick a place to visit. And when was my turn to chose, well, I decided we had to go up to one of te highest temples in Bali, one of the the Sad Kahyangan Jagad, or the "six sanctuaries of the world" and we had to go up to the top at 2,000ft high and a 8h (4h to go and 4h to get back) none wanted to take us there, finally Lidia found us a grumpy driver, with whom she spent most of the journey arguing about the price he was charging us...lol and the road, well the road to get there was rough, but when I say rough, I mean, rocks everywhere, curves, going up, going down our driver hated us. And I had to take about 10 travel sickness tablets to keep me going. And after one of the hardest climbs up the stairs I've ever done! We got at the top and the air was clean, and views were spectacular. Monkeys were cute! We laughed, breathe, And we felt at peace.
