Together with the development dept. I created Yogurt, a tool to make social media planning easy.
Tired of wasting time on spread sheets, we couldn't find a planning tool designed especially for agencies, so we decided to create our own.
With Yogurt, you can create your own board featuring every social network you need and choose which time period to see in your calendar.
You can then create as many posts as needed, deciding the date and time, the language of your copy, the extras to add and the channel it needs to be published on.
You can also chat with the other team members directly on Yogurt, adding tags and assigning tasks they need to complete.
Every edit will be saved in the post's timeline, including every media used in the past: this way you won't lose anything and you'll always know who did what.
You can then download your editorial plan, print it or share it directly with the client.
But of course clients won't see everything you're seeing: they won't be able to edit anything, they will just be allowed to leave a comment ask for reviews or approve the content. Clients won't be able to see when you're working on the project, so that you can decide when to send a new version.
