You Are a Wildflower is a self-help publication which brings together a collection of poetry and imagery. Using nature as a tool of navigation, the reader is guided through a journey of learning and self-discovery. The photos featured in the publication were taken by myself at Kew Garden and whilst travelling in South East Asia and the poetry was also written by myself.
