New B2C marketing emails created with UX experience focus. Reduced 'noise' - drilled down on highest click through rates and hovered content from previous design, led market research & split tested new ideas, then created new email design. Fully HTML coded, mobile optimised (over 70% of our emails are opened on a mobile device) and our oen rates have seen significant increase since the redesign.
Fewer roles, with more details provided. Added high resolution images to create a more visual experience, with clear call to action buttons. Increased white space and introduced a more 'scroll-friendly' format, as well as reducing any additional advertising that was not directly relevant to the user.
