The launch of the JW Anderson campaign for Spring Summer 2018 celebrated the brand’s idiosyncratic point of view as well as a clarion call for new talent.
The campaign encouraged all unpublished photographers from around the world, aged 18 – 30, to submit their work with the winner creating the Autumn Winter 2018 campaign.
A jury of fashion industry figures including Jonathan Anderson, M/M Paris, Benjamin Bruno, Amanda Harlech, Tim Blanks, Jo-Ann Furniss, Emily King and Jimmy Moffat selected 50 photographers amongst the 1,813 submissions and curated an exhibition with their work. I was one of the finalists.
