I am a multifaceted manager of operational projects and executive assistant. Day to day my work ranges from looking after a small team’s well-being through fostering company culture to creating integral solutions or processes that support executives’ vision. For example, I can be found researching and managing consultancies such as PR or creating policies for key cultural & societal requirements such as sustainability and DE&I.
I find myself really enjoying the variety and challenge of conflicting priorities and new responsibilities, being a gatekeeper for elements that eventually become part of business development or deeper foundations. I create value in finding creative solutions for all types of issues or business needs as well as increasing the productivity of my executives and wider team.
