To help improve and make sure that the students are satis ed with teaching and support available on the course.
Product Design & Graphic Design TI Cycle of India, Chennai 13.07.2015 - 28.08.2015 Reported directly to Vice President with accountability for the design. Designed both the product and its graphics for 3 live projects. Team work played a major part in all of the projects, I always made time to assist other teams on as-needed basis. I had to give and take feed backs and turn them into positive outcomes that helped me take projects in a new direction. Designed and ideated the Skirt guard and chain guard for BSA Lady Bird (womens’ bicycles). Worked with a partner on the Graphics of icons for BSA Champ & XMR accessories.
Freelance Artist & Designer at New Udayam Restaurant, Kuwait 01.08.2014 to 10.01.2015 Produce large scale painting (dimension: 181*110cm) for a restaurant and designed logo which as used in campaign. Through this experience, I learnt to provide advice on what kind of art will suit the atmosphere while incorporating customer needs. After working closely with the owners, I learnt how to improve customer relationship. Rapidly became the go-to person for projects needing a design ‘twist’.
Team Leader Tanjore South Indian Restaurant, Edinburgh 27.03.2015 to 27.04.2015 Worked under pressure during peak hours. Provided excellent customer service, frequently receiving a “pat on the back” for always greeting with a smile. While working there I learnt to be e cient and quick thinking; especially being a team leader i e ectively and con dently contribute to the team in order to meet the required standards. I was responsible for setting the tables, taking orders, oragnising reservations, and dealing with complaints.
Product Sales Self-Employed, London 30.01.2014 Sold self-designed product (door wedges), this experience provided me with in-depth knowledge into the marketing and selling of a product, since I spent a lot of my time researching trends to identify opportunities within the market. I was able to improve my customer service skills through this experience.
