I am an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who has recently graduated with a First-Class Honours in Fashion Promotion. I am currently seeking hands-on experience which will enable me to broaden and develop my skills within a challenging London based role. Working at Topshop has allowed me to become apart of a exciting and sociable team within a brand new store in the West Midlands. As a visual merchandiser/creative assistant it is my responsibility to help inspire and connect with Topshop's customers through inspirational outfits builds and help create an easy to shop environment. Being part of the visual team allows myself to contribute to a fun and dynamic culture to help deliver a world class visual proposition and one of the best places to work on the high street. Responsibilities: - Understanding Topshop's local competitors and tailoring outfit builds to suit the customer profile - Manage my time effectively, prioritising workload, putting the customers needs first, to ensure VM/Creative tasks do not impact service levels - Playing a part in the successful delivery of the Model Store with the builds on mannequins, merchandising, placement of vinyl stickers, painting/touch ups of plinths and displays thought the store as well as ensuring the stores standards are to the highest level - Responding well to constructive feedback to help develop within the role.
