About me
I am enthusiastic and hard working, completing tasks to the very best
of my ability. I have a strong eye for creativity, colour and balance, and enjoy all aspects of fashion and photography; I would love to pursue a career in the fashion industry and I have a wide range of skills to suit it. I have worked with many contrasting personalities, and so have developed strong communication skills, which I utilise in front of crowds, in teams, and with individuals. Similarly, I have a very chipper and fun-loving personality, as well as being mature and responsible. I am interested in all aspects
of Fashion and Beauty, and regularly attend fashion events such as The Clothes Show and London Fashion Weekend.
I also love to keep myself busy whilst I am not working, and have been
a part of various sports teams including competitive cheerleading whilst at uni, for which I competed both regionally and nationally. I am regularly invited to events such as Immersive dinners, concerts and shows, Private Island Weekenders and indulging in menus at some of the best food spots in London. I always make a conscious effort to liaise and network with
as many new people as I can, and I thrive when I am in the company of others.

Operations Manager

Based in River Island HQ. There are two teams on Retail Operations which are 'Sales and Service' and 'Facilities'. I work on both. On the sales and service side I create a fun but informative magazine for store staff, aimed at the younger workers to let them know what's going on in the company and HQ. My involvement in this includes writing articles, selecting imagery and designing the layout using InDesign. On the facilities side I manage the stores waste, stationery and travel arrangements.
The role requires high organisational skills to manage all tasks and projects, and strong communication skills to speak with a wide range of personalities over phone and email every day.
