    • Representing the Company as an ambassador and managing the relationships with multiple national clients. • Reporting to the Company Directors providing regular updates on all account activity. • Managing contracts/agreements of both new clients and renewal for existing clients. • Proactively meeting with clients to ensure a high level of service delivery, providing regular updates and site visits. • Compiling a vast number of reports and analysing the data in order to provide innovations to existing services and identifying areas to develop the portfolio. • Ensuring client invoices are prepared and delivered on schedule, accurately reflecting the appropriate charges. • Project Managing the implementation of any new service contracts or account activities on an individual or national scale, ensuring that client requirements are understood and implemented in line with expectations from start to finish. • Working closely with all parts of the business to assist with the tender process for potential new large-scale contracts and meeting with key personnel to discuss ways in which we would be able to assist with their goals.
