Adaeze Ndakoji is a freelance writer and marketing & social media manager, she has worked on projects and events for the Museum of Modern Art, London Collections: Men and London Craft Week. Her writing has been published in a global arts magazine and one of her recent screenplays has been made into an experimental short.
I have been writing creatively since I was a young girl, scripting short plays and films in primary school. I started writing seriously in 2011 once I started my course at University and my Writing for the Screen module gave me the appropriate skills and insights into the industry. Since then I have written a number of short screenplays, some which have been made into a short films. and I have a short story published in acclaimed arts magazine So it Goes magazine. I regularly work with artists to create narrative concepts for music videos and experimental film.
I have been working at Anderson & Sheppard since I graduated from University in 2014. It is a thriving bespoke tailors situated in one of the most famous parts of London. My official title is Marketing and Social Media Assistant but it being one of the best bespoke tailors in world there is always other tasks to undertake. I assist with production, operations & events, create content for various websites, manage social media accounts and handle press requests for various publications such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, W magazine, i-D magazine and AnOther magazine. I have been involved with events such as London Collections: Men, Museum of Modern Art: Items exhibition, London Craft Week and the Campaign for Wool.
