Managing a small design team to ensure projects are distributed, briefed and executed effectively.
Educating and inspiring this team is also a key focus.
Implementing new methods to optimise regional Marketo programs. As a Marketo Certified Expert, driving a better use of the tool to drive real value for JDA is of critical importance to this role.
Collaborating with sales on the production of bespoke sales documents for key meetings in the closing stages of the sales cycle. These projects require defining project structure, assigning responsibility and working toward tight deadlines across departments.
Working in the General Data Protection Regulation core project team to manage the implementation of a new data strategy to adhere to GDPR leading up to and from May 2018.
